1. What are the main features of the structure of alumina ceramic ball?

The main chemical composition of the alumina ceramic ball is Al2O3, about 92%, and the other 8% zirconia and other modified toughening materials. The forming process is mainly divided into two types: pressing and rolling, all kinds of specifications, rolling below 20mm below diameter, and pressing molding with diameter more than 20mm.

2. what are the physical properties of alumina ceramic balls?

The moth hardness of the alumina ceramic ball is 9, the Rockwell hardness is 80~83, and the density is 3.6g/cm3. It is a ceramic ball product specially developed for dry cement grinding. It is made by adding zirconia to toughen, ensuring the compressive strength of ceramic ball, and having good toughness.

3. Using ceramic ball for grinding machine lining board and silo plate

The ceramic ball has a density of 3.6g/cm3, which is nearly half the weight of the steel ball. Therefore, the ceramic ball has the advantages of less impact and wear to the lining plate, the spacer plate and the activation ring, and the service life of the mill lining plate, the spacer plate and the activation ring is prolonged.

4. How should the grinding body in the ball mill be adjusted after the use of the ceramic ball?

Under the present technological conditions, the ceramic ball is used in the cement grinding, which is mainly used in the grinding machine to replace the steel ball or steel section. After the replacement of the ceramic ball, the filling rate of the tail bin should be increased by about 10%, and the loading amount is about 60% of the original steel ball or the steel forging load. Before the ceramic ball, the loading of the steel ball bin should be increased properly, which generally increases by about 20%.
